1. Service Area

We deliver dumpsters within a 50-mile radius at no additional charge. For locations beyond 50 miles, additional fees may apply.

2. Dumpster Delivery & Pickup

• The dumpster will be delivered to the desired location as specified by the customer.

• We will pick up the dumpster when the customer requests it or at the end of the contract period.

• If the customer requests a replacement dumpster before the contract period ends, a new contract will be required, and charges will apply accordingly.

• We pick up the dumpster for free and prepare it for the next customer.

3. Loading Limits & Overloading

• Each dumpster has a red lane marking the maximum load limit.

• Customers must not exceed this limit to avoid additional charges.

• If the dumpster is overloaded, extra fees will be applied.

4. Payment Policy

• Payment must be processed before delivery of the dumpster.

• Failure to make payment in advance will result in a delay or cancellation of the service.

5. Liability & Customer Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and safe.

• Any damage to the dumpster beyond normal wear and tear will be the customer's responsibility.

• The customer must comply with local waste disposal regulations.
